A&G CORPORATION LTD., founded in 2005 in Hong Kong, recently engaged in an exclusive interaction with Imaging Solution Magazine, Mr. Calvin Lee, Sales Manager, A&G, shares insights on the company’s new OPC drum innovations, market expansion, and future growth plans.

Please brief us about different OPC drums A&G provides and their merits over the competition.

A&G Corporation Limited specializes in R&D and manufacturing of OPC drums for printers and copiers. Our product portfolio covers a full range of series for both printers and copiers, making us one of the few manufacturers globally with comprehensive model development capabilities. Our core products include standard OPC drums and ultra-long-life OPC drums. The ultra-long-life series features a composite coating structure and nano-level processing technology, significantly enhancing wear resistance, stability, and environmental adaptability. Compared with conventional products, the printing lifespan can be increased by approximately 50%, with improved resolution and image quality.

Compared with competitors, A&G’s key advantages include: 1. Fully integrated in-house industrial chain (from raw materials to finished products); 2. Quality and performance close to OEM standards; and 3. More stable printing performance and longer span life

Give us an overview of A&G’s R&D, QC and manufacturing setup?

A&G possesses one of the most complete OPC industrial chains in the industry, supported by four major R&D and manufacturing centers: 1. High-precision injection molding center; 2. High-precision aluminum tube center; 3. Organic photo conductive materials center; and 4. OPC drum R&D center. The company operates 11 fully automated OPC production lines with an annual capacity of 70 million units and is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management systems. Technologically, A&G combines in-house R&D with the integration of advanced German and Korean technologies (such as AEG and AlphaChem), along with collaborations with universities, enabling full-process control from raw materials to finished products.

Brief us about the presence and performance of A&G globally and in India.

A&G OPC drums are widely compatible with mainstream global printer and copier brands, and the company has become a key supplier to several leading industry players, demonstrating strong global supply capabilities. India is one of the largest and fastest-growing markets for printing consumables globally, making it highly strategic for A&G. A&G has been continuously increasing investments in India and built a strong and well-established presence in India over the years, supported by long-term partnerships with leading local agents. Through product upgrades and channel expansion, A&G has achieved steady business growth. In 2025, both customer coverage and sales volume showed positive growth, laying a solid foundation for future expansion.

Brief us about A&G’s Go-To-Market strategy, supply chain model and partner-enablement in India?

In India, we adopt a differentiated channel strategy. High-quality green printer OPC drums and copier OPC drums are our flagship products. For green printer OPC drums, we mainly work with authorized agents to ensure stable brand positioning and market order. For other product lines, especially high-quality copier OPC drums, we collaborate with multiple reliable local distribution partners, building long-term and stable relationships to achieve broader market coverage and faster customer response. Overall, we support our partners through a stable pricing structure and consistently high product quality, enabling sustainable profitability and long-term market development. At the same time, we continue to develop new models, with a strong focus on high-quality copier OPC drums to meet evolving market demands.

What new products do you plan to launch in the coming months?

In the coming months, A&G plans to launch: 1. Upgraded OPC products with longer lifespan and higher stability; 2. Development of OPC models for popular high-demand products; and 3. New models for high-speed copier applications. These initiatives aim to further enhance product performance and expand application coverage.

What are A&G’s expansion plans and expectations from the Indian market in 2026-27?

Looking ahead, A&G will continue to increase investments in R&D and intelligent manufacturing, including the development of new R&D and production facilities to further strengthen technical capabilities and production capacity. At the same time, the company will expand its portfolio of high value-added products to enhance overall competitiveness. In the Indian market, A&G aims to further expand market share by strengthening channel partnerships, continuously improving product quality, and enhancing brand influence, with the goal of becoming a key supplier in the high-end OPC drum segment.
