On June 19, the RT VIP Imaging Expo landed in Bogotá, Colombia, the second city in its three-city roadshow of the Americas.
It brought together leading manufacturers and regional importers under one roof at the Bogotá Marriott Hotel.
With support from its Latin American partners, Guía del Reciclador, Comexposium Recycling Times (C-RT) organized another successful one-day VIP event, providing an intense, highly efficient networking platform for suppliers and buyers.
The expo attracted many professional buyers from Colombia and neighboring countries, most of whom praised the event for being focused, efficient, and rich in opportunity. For many, this was their first face-to-face meeting with international suppliers in the Americas, including producers of toner cartridges, chips, inks, OPC drums, and printing devices.
“This kind of event saves us time and helps us make smarter sourcing decisions,” said one distributor. “It’s not every day we get to meet manufacturers directly in our own country.”
As with previous stops, the Bogotá event followed a VIP-only format: invitation-based, one-day, and highly targeted. Exhibitors were given local buyer lists in advance, allowing them to schedule meetings and maximize results on the show day.

The event was widely praised by attendees. “We received a lot of positive feedback from local buyers,” said Mr. Gustavo Molinatti, Director of Guía del Reciclador. “It’s a recognition of the months of calls, coordination, and hard work that went into making this event a success.”

Ms. Cecile Zheng, Vice General Manager at Comexposium Recycling Times (C-RT) added, “We are grateful for the valuable contributions from our local partners, which played a key role in connecting suppliers with high-quality regional buyers.”
To end the day, a lucky draw gave away two free accommodations to attend the RemaxWorld Expo 2025 in Zhuhai, China, this October. RemaxWorld Expo is the world’s largest print consumables expo, drawing thousands of professionals from over 100 countries. The expo provides a unique platform for industry stakeholders to showcase their latest products, exchange ideas, and explore new business opportunities.

From Bogotá, the roadshow now heads to its final American stop: Mexico City.
The last show will take place on June 24 at the Camino Real Aeropuerto, bringing the three-city, three-day tour to a strong finish.
After Mexico, all eyes will turn to the RemaxWorld Expo to be held in October, 2025. The event is now the only expo of its kind in the world to show printers, copiers, supplies and office equipment. Many of the connections made during this Latin American tour are expected to take their next big step in Zhuhai, China.
