Digitronics Infosolutions Plans to Establish their Presence in Delhi-NCR as a Strong Distributor of Epson

Digitronics India was incepted in 1990 providing AMC and computer peripherals and incorporated as Digitronics Infosolutions Pvt Ltd in 2000 in Delhi.  Today, the main operations of Digitronics are distribution of Epson products and Luminous power solutions in the Delhi-NCR. In Wazirpur (Delhi), Digitronics has a spacious office and warehouse from where they operate and supply products to their partners in the Delhi-NCR. The Epson’s product portfolio that Digitronics distributes includes mainly Epson Printers, Epson original consumables & accessories, and Dotmatrix printers & accessories.

Mr. Mukesh Gupta, Director, Digitronics Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, in an interaction with Imaging Solution comments, “About 80% of our revenues come from distributing Epson printers and services and nearly 20% of come from the distribution of Luminous power solutions and others. Our relationship is good with Epson and we are getting good support from them. We are growing at an annual rate of 10-12%. Our main selling points are maintaining cordial relationships with our partners, deal with the partners in transparent terms and provide the best possible after-sales-service. The challenges in the current market conditions include shrinkage of profit margins and the difficulty in getting back money from the partners in time as most partners take longer time than the credit time we offer. We do not put extra pressure on our partners to pay back in time, as our policy is to maintain cordial relationships and long-term associations. We do not have any special plans for 2026 other than maintaining our current operations and returns and trying our best to improve. We have no intention to go beyond our area of operations – Delhi-NCR. In 2026, we will try to do better, improve our revenues and bottomline, establish ourselves as a strong distributor of Epson in Delhi-NCR.”
