FUJIFILM Business Innovation Launches Two A3 Colour Remanufactured Multifunction Printers That Combine Both Resource Circulation and User-Friendliness

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific announces the launch of two A3 colour remanufactured multifunction printers: the ApeosPort C5570 R and C3570 R. These models achieve a maximum 82% parts reuse rate by weight while guaranteeing the same quality and reliability as newly built machines. Sales will commence from 7 January in the Asia Pacific region.

ApeosPort C5570 R and C3570 R are the remanufactured multifunction printers produced from collected machines in the Asia-Pacific region. After disassembly to the component level and cleaning, reusable parts are repaired and reassembled. Careful inspection and diagnosis are conducted to identify the parts that are suitable for reuse. The reusable parts will be cleaned and repaired before being sent to reassembly. Each unit undergoes the same rigorous inspection process as newly built machines, to ensure equivalent quality and reliability, while delivering features that improve customer operational efficiency.

Functions that reduce the complexity of customers’ operations:

ApeosPort C5570 R and ApeosPort C3570 R can reduce the complexity within the customer’s routine work processes. On the 10.1-inch UI panel, users can customise icons (apps) and arrange them by tap-and-swipe, saving preferred features and settings as one-touch apps for one-tap operation. Scan Delivery automates saving scanned documents to appropriate destinations based on predefined rules. By presetting rules for sorting and renaming scanned documents, it becomes easier to search for necessary documents, contributing to improved efficiency in routine scanning tasks.

Main features of ApeosPort C5570 R / C3570 R:
  • Printing Speed: ApeosPort C5570 R prints at 55 pages per minute, and ApeosPort C3570 R prints at 35 pages per minute, in both colour and monochrome (A4 LEF).
  • Duplex Automatic Document Feeder: Scans both sides simultaneously at high-speed of 154 pages per minute.
  • Security Features: Protects from unauthorized access by detecting tampering before activating the device and preventing tampering during operation. In addition, ApeosPort C5570 R and C3570 R include TLS 1.3 compatibility and network communications encryption.
  • Reducing Environmental Impact: Achieving a maximum 82% parts reuse rate by weight, and 41% lifecycle-emissions reduction compared to newly built printers.
  • Super EA-Eco toner: Lowers the fusing temperature by approximately 10℃ than EA-Eco toner, reducing power consumption, and achieves high-resolution output of 1200 x 2400 dpi by the smallest toner particle sizes in the industry.

Resource Circulation Initiatives

Since 1995, FUJIFILM Business Innovation has been implementing a recycling policy “Promoting Resource Circulation Toward Zero Waste”, and established a resource circulation system, which examines the entire product lifecycle from product planning, development, and manufacturing stages through to disposal. To promote resource circulation in the Asia Pacific region, the Circular Manufacturing Center—a new manufacturing site for remanufactured multifunction printers in the Philippines—is planned to commence operations in 2026.

By providing products with low environmental impact and solutions that enable flexible working styles for customers, FUJIFILM Business Innovation contributes to the realization of a resource-circulating economy.
