Newly installed PixelGlow Radiant Pro+ at Fulcrum Digital Prints is ‘Made in India’ by Monotech Systems Limited—a globally-acclaimed Indian machine manufacturer and a one-stop solution provider for the printing & packaging industry. “We have chosen the PixelGlow Radiant PRO+ because we routinely upgrade our facility with the latest technologies, either for printing or post-printing applications,” tells Mr. Binny Pappachan, Founder of Fulcrum Digital Prints. He adds, “It’s been barely a month or so since we started running this UV print embellishment system. But the samples we produce on it are really wooing our customers.”

Built with AI technology for scanning, PixelGlow Radiant PRO+ ensures perfect registration and flawless accuracy on every sheet. With high-speed productivity, it operates at the speed of 225sph (sheets per hour) with consistent quality and 3D UV & foiling that can be done in one pass in a single seamless process. It handles varied papers of different grammages, starting from 170gsm up to 600gsm in maximum size of 14″x20″ for creating larger and more dynamic graphics in resolution of 600x600dpi. It supports coated, uncoated, textured, and specialty media for diverse applications. “With this versatile print embellishment system, we are welcoming our customers, who are primarily jobbers, print service providers, and print shops engaging in B2B business with us, to grab whole new innovatively decorated or embellished print applications that will stand out amid the crowds or competitors,” informs Mr. Pappachan.
According to Mr. Pappachan, PixelGlow Radiant PRO+ now engaging in pulling off the ‘magic’ of print embellishment at Fulcrum Digital Prints’ facility is the first-of-its-kind system ever introduced in Bengaluru and first installation in the country. Nevertheless, Fulcrum Digital Prints boasts many firsts when it comes to investing in new machines and technologies in the city. In this, the installation of RICOH Pro 8400S in their facility in February last year, yet another machine from Monotech Systems Limited, marked the introduction of the new prowess of monochrome printing engine in the city.
