HP Inc. reported higher revenue for both its fiscal 2025 full year and fourth quarter, as continued momentum in Personal Systems helped offset softer printing demand. The company also announced a multi-year restructuring initiative designed to streamline operations and deliver an estimated $1 billion in gross run-rate cost savings by fiscal 2028.

For the full fiscal year, HP generated $55.3 billion in net revenue, an increase of 3.2% from the prior year, supported by consistent top-line expansion across its Personal Systems business. Management emphasized that the results underscore resilient execution in a shifting economic environment.
Fourth-quarter net revenue rose 4.2% from a year earlier to $14.6 billion, marking HP’s sixth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth. CFO Karen Parkhill said HP delivered strong profit improvement in the second half of the year and is now implementing actions to counter cost headwinds while investing in AI-enabled initiatives aimed at accelerating product innovation and operational productivity.
Personal Systems produced another solid quarter, with revenue up 8% to $10.4 billion and balanced growth across both the commercial and consumer categories. Printing revenue, however, fell 4% to $4.3 billion, as both commercial and consumer hardware shipments declined at similar rates and supplies revenue softened by 4%. HP maintained healthy profitability in the segment, though hardware unit weakness continued to reflect broader market softness in home printing and enterprise office environments.
Looking ahead, HP expects first-quarter fiscal 2026 GAAP diluted EPS of $0.58–$0.66, and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.73–$0.81. The outlook reflects the impact of current U.S. trade-related regulations and HP’s mitigation plans, as the company continues to prioritize disciplined execution and long-term shareholder value.
