HYB Group, a global leader in imaging supplies, has upgraded its copier cartridge production to meet rising demand for HYB toners in high-speed, high-volume A3 copiers.

Since January 2025, HYB has scaled its automated injection molding line, achieving a monthly capacity of 600,000 empty copier cartridges. This enhancement supports HYB’s exclusive toner formulas for Ricoh®, Kyocera®, and Canon® high-speed A3 models—formulas proven for consistent performance and lower cost-per-copy compared to most aftermarket alternatives, which often increase maintenance expenses for dealers.
In October, 48 international companies visited HYB’s advanced Zhuhai factory, observing a fully integrated production line: ultrasonic welding, precision filling, automated labeling, and packaging. The streamlined process highlights HYB’s focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
A company spokesperson stated: “HYB now holds spare capacity for 60–120 PPM copier cartridges. Visitors were so impressed that several placed urgent orders on-site to secure stock for peak season.”
