A key highlight of this enhancement is the significant upgrade in PCR (Primary Charge Roller) charging technology. HYB’s remanufactured DR-313, DR-316, and DR-618 drum units now integrate an advanced charging configuration featuring brand-new charging rollers engineered to match OEM performance. These rollers provide stable, bubble-free, and deformation-resistant charging, ensuring consistent and reliable image quality across high-volume use.
All drum units in HYB’s Konica Minolta line are remanufactured using genuine OEM shells, each thoroughly cleaned, refurbished, and repainted before assembly. Combined with premium Fuji or Mitsubishi OPCs, this refined process delivers OEM-level consistency while reducing costs by 30–40% compared to previous versions.
