Can you share i-jet’s 24-year journey and core business?
Multi Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. (i-jet) is actively engaged in printer spares, laser toner cartridges, toner powder, and spare parts. We have proudly completed 24 years in this industry, and today we distribute our products across India.
What product categories do you mainly deal in?
We offer a wide portfolio of compatible spares for brands such as HP, Canon, Samsung, Ricoh, Brother, Panasonic, Kyocera, Pantum, etc. Along with this, we also provide barcode printer solutions like TSC, Argox, TVS, Zebra, Honeywell, and more.
What inspired i-jet to launch Barcode Printer Heads range?
Demand for barcode and label printing is increasing rapidly in sectors like retail, logistics, and manufacturing. So, we recently introduced Barcode Label Printer Heads and Spares, including compatible printer heads and parts like gears, adjusters, etc.
What’s your outlook for laser printers and compatible parts?
The market for laser printers is growing strongly and the opportunities are excellent. While many in the market focus only on low pricing, our focus is clear—quality comes first, and price is always secondary for us. We ensure our products deliver performance comparable to OEM standards.
What potential do you see in the thermal printers segment?
Thermal printing is a high-potential and expanding market. The segment is open for us, and we believe the opportunity is huge. We are building strong offerings in this space to match future demand.
How strong is your distribution network and partner relationship?
Gujarat is our strongest market, with distributors in most districts. We have also expanded our reach in MP, Chhattisgarh, and other parts of India, and we plan to upgrade and strengthen our distribution further. Our partners have always been our backbone.
What new launches and plans are coming next?
We are planning to launch new model printers, and we will ensure spares for those models are available in the market. We also see good opportunities in manufacturing—especially because printer cartridge manufacturing in India is still limited to only 2–3 players. We aim to manufacture more spare parts and products with OEM-comparable quality at affordable prices.
What message would you like to share with partners and customers?
Over these 24 years, many partners have joined us and supported us consistently. Even today, new partners are connecting with i-jet. I sincerely thank all our distributors, partners, and customers for trusting us and supporting our journey.
