Kilider will showcase its patented drum units compatible with Samsung 704/708 and HP 1002 and patented toner cartridges compatible with the Lexmark MS725 series at the RemaxWorld Expo 2025, taking place from Oct 16-18.

“Both products are independently developed, patented items designed to address customer pain points,” said Simon Zhu, Kilider Spokesperson.
Addressing Persistent Printing Challenges
HP and Samsung A3 multifunction printers, particularly models M72525, E72630, E72425, E72430, have long suffered from two prominent issues:
- Overly dark printing density
Even when using original toner, it is difficult to reach the page yield claimed by the manufacturer.
- Toner residue
After long-time printing, the flying toner particles on the OPC are not automatically cleaned, resulting in toner buildup.
“The darker the printing density, the thicker the toner layer on paper, which causes more flying toner,” explained Simon.
To address these pain points, Kilider has developed innovative drum units featuring a self-patented development sensor and a light-guiding component, demonstrating its technical strength.
- The sensor reduces printing darkness and broadens toner compatibility, increasing print output while supporting a wider range of compatible toners.
- The light-guiding strip strengthens light intensity, ensuring complete removal of residual toner from the OPC.
“We are proud to be the only aftermarket manufacturer granted patents for the development sensor. With these adjustments, more compatible toners can be reliably used in these models,” Simon added.
In addition, Kilider has optimized the drum unit structure to reduce operating resistance while ensuring uniform mixing of developer and toner.
Cost-effective Toner Cartridge Solution
Kilider will also showcase its toner cartridge solution for Lexmark MS725 series, which is claimed to cost only half of the OEM equivalent and avoid any patent infringement concerns. The solution has received positive market feedback due to its cost-saving benefits and ease of use.
“Stability is more important than price competitiveness. All our products undergo strict quality control and repeated testing,” emphasized Simon.
Innovative Packaging for High-temperature Shipping
Toner caking is a common problem when shipping to hot regions such as the Middle East and Africa. It negatively impacts print quality and shortens printer lifespan. To address this, Kilider has developed high-temperature-resistant packaging with a three-layer design:
- Outer layer: aluminum foil for effective heat insulation;
- Middle and inner layers: bubble PE bags for secondary heat insulation
Before sealing, non-heat-conducting gas is injected into the bag to provide complete heat insulation.
“Tests have shown the new packaging keeps the internal temperature 20 degrees lower than the outside, significantly reducing toner caking risks and eliminating client concerns,” said Simon.
