Mito Introduces Laser Etching to Replace Traditional Labels

Mito has integrated laser etching technology into its product line, offering a modern alternative to traditional adhesive labels.

According to Mito, this new technology provides three key advantages over conventional labeling methods:

1. Permanence That Withstands the Test of Time
   All product information is laser-etched directly onto the surface of the cartridge, making it highly resistant to heat, friction, and oil. These markings remain intact for the entire lifespan of the cartridge, ensuring the label never fades or falls off.
2. Unmatched Anti-Counterfeiting Protection
   With no physical label to peel off and a unique QR code linked to a blockchain system, the laser-etched design offers a tamper-proof solution that is virtually impossible to counterfeit.
3. Improved Efficiency and Sustainability
   By eliminating the need for traditional labels, Mito has reduced labor and production time, while also saving approximately 1.2 tons of adhesive paper annually—contributing to a more sustainable manufacturing process.
