Relatively a new company engaging in comprehensive printing and production of commercial graphics and many other print solutions under its roof, Kanpur-based Shivamraj Enterprises is moving fast forward with continuous investments in modern printing machines. Just arrived new in the company’s production setup is a new RICOH Pro C7500 digital colour production press, which has been supplied and installed by Monotech Systems Limited—a globally acclaimed Indian machine manufacturer and one-stop solution provider for the printing & packaging industry.

“We are just one and a half years old in the market. However, we have been wholeheartedly trying our best to boost our overall activities with the enhanced machine portfolio, manpower, and customer base,” tells Mr. Shivam Shukla, Proprietor of Shivamraj Enterprises. A team of 15 dedicated staff members is currently handling Shivamraj Enterprises’ production setup where digital printing and large-format printing for producing signage graphics are carried out side by side. “Our aim is to provide complete graphic print solutions that meet every bit of demands from all our customers who are predominantly from Kanpur city and many other parts of Uttar Pradesh. We manage to fulfil the quality and volume of demands from our customers because of the machines we run, such as the RICOH Pro C7500 now playing the key role in digital printing.”
A digital workhorse, RICOH Pro C7500 operates at an upgradable speed of 95ppm (pages per minute), producing graphic prints in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x4800dpi. “In addition to speed and quality print outputs, this RICOH engine has given us the full flexibility to handle media of all types, textures, and higher grammages,” tells Mr. Shukla, pointing at the digital press’ potential to print on lightweight and heavyweight media ranging from 40gsm up to 470gsm.
Moreover, at the core of RICOH C7500 is EFI® Fiery® Digital Print Servers which remarkably improves efficiency and quality in print outputs. Fiery® Command WorkStation® in the servers facilitates precise job management and colour control. This workflow software supports the variable data printing capabilities of the RICOH press in exceptional RIP speed and smooth PDF workflow. “Telling about the advanced features and capabilities of RICOH Pro C7500 will be a never-ending story. Currently, we are running the press in the traditional CMYK colour gamut. We are planning to upgrade it (the gamut) with the 5th Station Color that opens up an opportunity to use seven custom-created effects of gold, silver, neon pink, neon yellow, clear, white, and invisible red. This game of additional colours can push our print innovations to another level.
