“PixelGlow Lumina is an ideal UV print embellishment machine. Though it has been just three months or so since we installed and started running this indigenously made machine from Monotech Systems Limited, we have done tremendous UV embellishments on wide varieties of graphic prints and end products, which really impress our customers,” tells Mr. Saini, adding that PixelGlow Lumina is an ultimate solution for them for high-end UV embellishments done with unparallel accuracy and efficiency.
Perfectly designed to enhance ordinary printed materials with extraordinarily striking UV coatings, PixelGlow Lumina is engineered for flawlessly adding perfect finishes to the most intricate designs or printed structures, like it has never done before. In short, PixelGlow Lumina is made for bringing vision to life! “Certainly, compact with small footprint, PixelGlow Lumina is indeed the most suitable UV embellishment system to meet the increasing demands for high-end print enhancements in the market,” emphasises Mr. Saini.
Some salient features of PixelGlow Lumina include its capability to handle varied media (paper) sizes up to 14″ x 20″, especially when larger and more dynamic prints are required. It can flexibly handle substrates of diverse gramamges ranging from 130gsm up to 600gsm. In addition, it can embellish print in ‘crystal clear’ textures and details in resolution of 600x600dpi. It can also customize varnish layer from 5 micron to 40 micron, giving operator the freedom to control over print finishes and textures. Capable to keep up with fast-pace production, PixelGlow Lumina is designed to operate at the speed of 60sph (sheets per hour).
