Toshiba BX410T Simplifies Industrial Label Printing
710

Toshiba has introduced the BX410T series, a high-speed industrial label printer designed to support logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and retail operations. With a focus on efficiency, integration, and cost-saving features, the BX410T aims to simplify workflows in demanding environments.

High-Speed Printing for Demanding Workflows

The BX410T prints at speeds of up to 14 inches per second, ensuring fast processing for shipping labels, compliance tags, and other industrial printing needs. It offers resolutions of up to 305 dpi, delivering clear and professional-quality barcodes and labels.

Seamless Integration and Compatibility

Designed for easy implementation, the BX410T supports USB, LAN, and optional Wi-Fi connectivity. Its native PDF printing eliminates extra processing steps, while automatic detection of major printer languages—including TPCL, ZPL II, and DPL—simplifies setup and ensures compatibility with existing systems.

Smart Features with A-BRID OS

Powered by Toshiba’s A-BRID Operating System, the BX410T is designed for enhanced performance. A dual-core CPU supports real-time processing, while standalone printing capabilities allow direct operation via barcode scanners or keyboards, reducing reliance on workstations. Additionally, remote management tools such as Elevate Sky® MFPConnect and SOTI Connect enable efficient monitoring and updates for a fleet of devices.

RFID-Ready for Advanced Tracking

For businesses integrating RFID technology, the BX410T offers an optional RFID module with an integrated RFID analyzer. This feature enables encoding and verification of RFID tags, making it suitable for logistics and inventory management applications.

Cost-Saving and Operational Efficiency

The BX410T includes ribbon-saving technology to extend consumable lifespan, reducing replacement frequency and costs. Its label near-end detection feature helps prevent unexpected supply shortages, maintaining uninterrupted operations.

Applications Across Industries

The BX410T is designed for high-volume industrial use, including:

  • Transportation & Logistics: High-speed barcode and shipping label production.
  • Warehousing: RFID-enabled inventory labeling for improved tracking.
  • Manufacturing: Compliance and product labeling meeting industry standards.
  • Retail: Efficient price tag and shelf label printing.

The Toshiba BX410T provides a combination of speed, smart technology, and cost-efficiency, making it a practical choice for businesses seeking reliable industrial label printing solutions.
