Please tell us about TrueDot and what your company offers.
TrueDot is into manufacturing and selling advanced printing solutions. We offer a wide range of printers including photo printers, UV printers, spot UV printers, sublimation printers, textile printers, DTF printers and UV DTF printers. Our focus is to deliver strong performance, long-term quality, and reliable service to customers.
Why the name “TrueDot”? What makes it special?
We named it TrueDot because we truly believe in delivering the best print quality in the market. Our strength comes from our in-house R&D, where we design solutions and develop technology. Most importantly, we also manufacture our own ink, which gives us a big advantage in quality control and output consistency.
What are the key product segments under TrueDot?
We have six major segments. One of our highlights is the Photo Series 8-color printer, known for premium output. Along with that, we offer UV printers, sublimation printers, textile printers, DTF and spot DTF printers to meet industry-specific needs.
How strong is your market presence?
The printer market has huge demand in signage and textile printing. We already have over 800 installations across India, and now we are targeting the latest technologies like UV DTF, UV printing and DTF, where we aim to cross 1000+ installations.
What gives TrueDot an edge over other brands?
Our quality is unmatched, and we provide premium machines at nearly 30% lower cost compared to other brands. For example, if another brand sells a machine for ₹4 lakh, TrueDot offers similar or better quality within ₹3 lakh, along with strong after-sales support.
Where is your manufacturing setup located and how is your service network?
Our manufacturing unit is in Ludhiana, and we also own an ink manufacturing company. We provide on-site service, supported by six distributors and trained engineers across regions.
What is your future vision?
The future belongs to UV technology, and we are confident in expanding our UV and photo printer segment with a target of 1000 machines this year.
