HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot is a new HP Workpath app that brings Copilot’s generative AI capabilities directly to HP multifunction printers (MFPs). For customers with HP Workpath-enabled Office Printers and Copilot subscriptions, this integration unlocks powerful capabilities right from the printer panel:
- AI-generated summaries of scanned documents or files in OneDrive and SharePoint
- Smart file naming and storage suggestions for seamless organization
- On-device translation powered by Copilot
It’s one experience across devices – whether you’re at your PC or standing at the printer.

Looking Ahead
HP for Microsoft 365 Copilot is expected to be available in Spring 2026 on managed and enterprise HP Workpath-enabled printers. The app will be sold within the Workpath Premium Bundle of Apps through HP’s Microsoft Partner Solutions partners.
