Key Features in OnPrintShop Version 11.2:
- Enhanced Order Listing Page UI
The “Order Listing” page now offers a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. Admins can view all line items from orders in one place. The “Sort By” and “Filters” options have also been redesigned for smoother navigation and usability.
- Scheduled Delivery for Customers
Customers can now select their preferred delivery date when choosing shipping options at checkout. This feature supports scheduled deliveries for specific shipping methods, providing customers with greater convenience.
- Countdown Timer for Same Day Dispatch
To promote quick order and dispatch services, the new “Product Countdown Timer” block allows businesses to display a countdown for order placement and dispatch time. This feature is configurable based on the cut-off times set for each product.
- PDF Proof Verification in Designer Studio
To expedite the artwork finalization process, OnPrintShop introduces the Product Design Preview functionality in Designer Studio. Customers can now review the design, print quality, text placement, and skipped page warnings before submitting their orders.
- AI-Powered Product Content & Image Generation
OnPrintShop integrates Generative AI to help Print Service Providers automate content and image creation. This feature allows admins to generate product descriptions and images within seconds, enhancing product visuals and operational efficiency.
- Order Reprint Management
The new Order Reprint feature streamlines the management of reprint requests. Admins can now reproduce ordered products without affecting pricing and seamlessly manage the production workflow for reprints.
- Order Pickup Information
For pickup orders, admins can now capture and record customer details at the designated pickup location, improving tracking and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Customizable Product Title Display
The new “Product Title” block in the Product Page Layout allows admins to personalize the display of product titles based on business needs, offering more flexibility in product presentation.
- Real-Time Template Previews for Help Templates
A real-time preview of help templates is now available based on product size and additional attributes in the Design Guidelines tab. The interface of this page has also been improved for better visibility and usability.
