Static Control’s global distributor partners travelled to the company’s world headquarters last month for the Annual Distributor Meeting. Participants discussed products, promotions, sales opportunities, competitive challenges and industry issues. The meeting also included hands-on technical training.
“Our industry is changing rapidly and our global partner organization is expanding,” said Juan Carlos Bonell, Static Control Vice President of Sales for Latin America and Distributor Markets. “It’s critical that we come together this way to share ideas and information to meet the challenges ahead. We also want our partners to know that we will support them any way we can.”
The three-day meeting included tours of manufacturing, product testing and distribution facilities.Technicians and technical support personnel from distributors received training from Static Control engineers in the company’s new 30,000 square-foot print lab test facility to learn about the latest technologies introduced by OEMs, as well the unique value-add technologies Static Control is developing for the remanufacturing industry.
“Being an exclusive distributor for Static Control is important, because it means that we are able to offer remanufacturers the very highest quality products available in the industry and also the very best in product support, inventory availability and distribution,” said Eloy Rios, owner of CAD TONER, a Static Control distributor in Mexico. “Static Control helps us support remanufacturing for the long-term future, and it is one reason we’re seeing growth in so many markets around the world.”
