The 2022 RemaxWorld Expo wrapped up successfully on November 5 at the Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center, despite Covid border restrictions on internal and international travel.
The three-day expo attracted mainly Chinese visitors with a handful of international buyers that were willing to endure quarantine, such was their eagerness to participate.
“We made it!” exclaimed Victoria Zhao, General Manager of C-RT, the event organizer. “Two days before the event it looked like the government might postpone the show, but we opened on time on day one. Everyone who showed up knew how much effort was invested to make this event happen under Covid-19. We are encouraged by all the positive feedback from exhibitors, speakers, and visitors.”
Exhibitors and visitors alike reported to organisers the event was yet another success C-RT as it has been each year for 16 years.
This year, more national printing equipment, such as Pantum, GreatWall, CUMTEM, and ICSP printers, were on show, demonstrating the rise of Chinese printing equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
This year, C-RT organized two themed summits for the three-day event, inviting 23 speakers from the industry as well as leading e-commerce platforms.
Another highlight of the event was the exhibition of various ink products, a reflection of the new trend in the market. In recent years, more Chinese companies have entered the manufacturing ink product industry to meet the increasing demands of the market. Ink products and ink solutions were very popular during the show.
Some innovative products were also released at Remaxworld, including a self-patented toner cartridge in replacement of HP 226 from Sanrun. According to the company, the new release is an innovative solution that sends warnings when toners run out.
