Mr. Aryan Goel shares, “We already have color toners for laserjet printers and copiers of HP, Canon and Kyocera, and the newly added color toners for Xerox copiers take Aryan’s productline a level up. Now we have a wider range of toners –mono and also color—both for laser printers and copiers. We have been the largest importer of toner powders in India (including mono and color for laser printers and copiers). We use only TTI toners in all our cartridges – Aryan brand or in bulk sales. We also launched OPC drums for copiers recently. Our focus for 2024 will be mainly on promoting the new color toner for Xerox and the newly launched OPC drums, while the attention on other products will continue as usual. We import cartridge components from the reputed providers in China, Taiwan and Korea. We launched several performance-based multiple incentive schemes for the year-end festive season for our partners. In fact, we have some or the other incentive schemes that keep running for the whole year, in addition to festive season schemes.”

These sellers do not reveal the actual quantity which is often less than the normal level in the cartridges to the customers, and sell them below the market price. Customers are just not aware of the low quantity and the poor quality; they purchase them attracted by the low price and they do not know that it will cost them more in the long-run. We sell cartridges with the promised quantity of toner and they yield the promised output with quality. Also, several companies and partners are selling products on cash without paying GST. This gray market makes it difficult for the honest players and brands like us who operate in white. This is bringing down margins. However, we have a large set of customers who trust in the quality and reliability of our products because of which we are able to maintain our sales and market leadership.”
