Des Plaines Office Equipment, a Chicago area provider of managed print services, managed network services, and related technology, today announced an expanded partnership with MWAi (MWA Intelligence), by now offering the MWAi FORZA, an open architecture enterprise relationship planning (ERP) solution.
Through a partnership with the Scottsdale, AZ-based MWAi, Des Plaines Office Equipment offers this ERP solution built specifically for the imaging channel. MWAi FORZA provides a single sign-on, single database business-management platform designed specifically for office dealers and business users. The system helps businesses unify, manage, and control their entire business across financials, sales, customers, and operations.
Des Plaines Office Equipment (DPOE) will be able to offer this expanded ERP program to its client base.“The imaging channel has been a very successful channel for decades which is a real testimony to the spirit and dedication of thousands of independent dealers, partners, and OEMs. I am proud and honored to welcome DPOE, one of the most successful dealers in the country, to the FORZA and SAP Business One family.
The industry has been challenged by old and rigid software for years. MWAi, for the first time in our industry, has empowered the independent dealer with a seamless and open architecture platform. FORZA provides dealerships control of the technology, data, analytics, and dashboards that welcomes and encourages new business growth and innovation,” said Michael T.
Stramaglio, President and CEO of MWA Intelligence, Inc. “I am honored that DPOE shares our philosophy and will play a prominent role in transforming the entire industry.”Sixty years ago, Vince Miceli started DPOE with a dream and quickly that dream grew into a prosperous business which adapted throughout the years into a highly innovative, forward thinking imaging channel dealer and leader. Over the years, DPOE has established a long and successful track record in the conventional print imaging industry and, in recent years, has enjoyed successes in the managed services (MS) and managed print services (MPS) fields as their next generation of growth.
