With over 10 years experience working with leading companies in the imaging industry, prior to starting Galaxy Infotech, Mr. Dinesh Patel has the in-depth knowledge of laser printer parts, laser cartridge parts, and other laser printer and copier consumables, and provides the right products to meet the needs of the customers.
Mr. Dinesh Patel comments, “Our primary focus is on providing the laser printer and cartridge spares and secondary focus is on providing the toner powders and toner cartridges for printers and copiers. Printer machine spares and cartridges spares form 70% of our business and laser printer toners, toner cartridges, copier toners, copier cartridges, etc form 30%. Currently, we are providing all our products unbranded, in bulk. There was some dip in business during lockdowns, but now our business is back to the pre-lockdown levels. Pandemic did not affect us as much as it affected many other businesses because of the vast clientele we have. My prior experience of over 10 years before I started Galaxy Infotechhas helped me a lot in selecting the right products and vendors and in understanding the customer needs.”
Galaxy Infotech imports laser printer parts &laser cartridges and copier cartridges for all brands color toners from China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Korea; and procures monochrome toner powders from the Indian toner manufacturers. The company provides color toner for Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera and Canon copiers; and color DEVELOPERS for HP, Xerox, Canon, Konica, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera brand developer machines. Galaxy Infotech also sells as a reseller original brand (OEM) toner cartridges of all the leading brands and their models of laser printers and copiers.
Mr. Dinesh Patel adds, “Our USPs are we maintain international quality standards and high stock availability of consumables for a wide variety of brands and their models and provide excellent service to our customers; and we do prompt delivery. Most of our business comes thru direct dealings with customers who are spread pan-India. We maintain relationships based on trust and transparency. So far, we have been providing in bulk unbranded, but in 2022 we want to start our own brand and also have plans to export to other countries.”
