Hem Enterprises aims at high quality service with maximum customer-satisfaction

Hem Enterprises is a Rajkot (Gujarat)-based refiller of laser and ink cartridges, for both black and color. Founded in 1995, Hem Enterprises is led by Proprietor, Sailu Mehta. In 2008, they updated their refilling unit with automatic machines, improving both refilling quality as well as efficiency. Now, in their sophisticated and developed workshop, they are able to provide better and accurate services.

The company refills all major brands including HP, Dell, Canon, Lexmark and Epson. Hem’s area of operations are focused on ‘in and around’ Rajkot area. Sailu Mehta shares, “Our main focus is refilling; we do not sell cartridges. Per day, we refill nearly 15-20 cartridges, including ink and laser cartridges. Numerically, the proportion of laser cartridges is increasing compared to ink cartridges. We also do remanufacturing on a small scale for ink and toner cartridges.

We try to offer the best quality products and services to the customers and maintain long-term relationships with them. Currently we are growing at an annual rate of 20%.” With 20 years of experience as refillers, Hem aims at expanding their business by adding more customers to their list.
