Image Matters Inc. has been named the Xerox MPS (Managed Print Services) Document Technology Partner of the Year for 2016. This is the second consecutive year the company has been honored with this award.

Image Matters has been in Xerox’s channel partner program since the creation of the program three years ago and is the only authorized digital technology channel partner for Xerox in the Eastern portion of Tennessee, serving a 100-mile radius around Knoxville. The dealership is also one of the largest independent reseller of Xerox’s PageConnect Services, the company’s MPS offering, in the United States.
Each year Xerox recognizes and honors outstanding performance of a select group of document technology partners that demonstrate extraordinary commitment, partnership, and ethics in marketing.
“This award acknowledges the hard work our team has put into growing our MPS business, particularly as we compete against much larger competitors,” said Image Matters co-owner Bob Lovelance.
“When we decided to begin offering our customers Managed Print Services, we knew we understood the challenges ahead of us, but from the start of our relationship with Xerox, Xerox PageConnect Services has given us a huge boost and allowed us to differentiate our MPS offering,” added co-owner J.D. Sullivan. “This award truly validates our efforts.”
Lovelace and Sullivan are two of the founding members of the Xerox Dealer Council and continue to provide Xerox with critical input on various topics, including strategic initiatives related to pricing, the competitive nature of their supply chain along with insights into their business models.
