Ink More Printer Solutions, headed by Ajay Devilkar, has been have been doing Inkjet and laser cartridge refilling business for the past 12 years. Earlier Ink More Printer Solutions were using manual methods to refill, but now the use automatic and efficient machines imported from South Korea.

Ajay Devilkar states, “Most of the refillers do not clean the inkjet and laser cartridges before refilling them and next they do refilling job by hand, manually. In our case, the automatic machines clean the empty cartridges thoroughly to remove old materiel still stuck inside and then refill them mechanically with machines, without manual hand. Cleaning remnants from the cartridge, before refilling, plays an important role in improving the quality print after refilling.
Second we refill them right before the customer, which gives the customer confidence as satisfaction. We give demos during all IT exhibitions in Surat.” Right now our manpower size of Ink More Printer Solutions is pretty small, but in the coming one to two years they want to expand substantially. Also they plan to open franchises in Baroda, Ahmedabad, and Pune to start with and after that they want to expand further. Right now their annual turnover is around Rs 60 lakhs, and they are expecting substantial increases in their revenues in the coming time.
