IMI Europe’s Managing Director, Mike Willis, announced that Mark Hanley, president of IT Strategies, will open the Ink Jet Technology Showcase 2013 on Wednesday June 5th with a keynote presentation “Ink Jet’s Industrial Markets Initiative.”

Registration for this event is now open at IJTS13.imieurope.com. “There’s tremendous interest in using ink jet for a wide range of industrial printing applications,” Willis said. “IMI Europe is delighted to have Mark present findings from research carried out this spring into the applications for ink jet in what is forecast to be a major growth area.”
Hanley will discuss the urgent need for scaled integration services, the projected rate of market development, current and potential expenditure and its efficiency, and the quantified modern eco-system/value chain. IMI has been running this annual event for 12 years, bringing together leading industry component suppliers – print heads, inks, datapaths and other system components, and developers of industrial ink jet equipment.
The Ink Jet Technology Showcase 2013 will be held at the Hesperia Tower Hotel in Barcelona, Spain June 5-6, 2013. Hanley will be joined by three other keynote speakers, together with six Tech Talk Tutorials, industry supplier presentations and exhibits, and hours of networking time.
