Paradigm Imaging Group, a distributor of large-format scanning and printing solutions, tradeshow displays and graphics, introduced two new Colortrac SmartLF scanners – the SC 25 and SC 36 large format production scanners. The new SmartLF SC 25 and SC 36 scanners join the already popular SmartLF SC 42, rounding out Colortrac’s revolutionary scanner line. These large format scanners meet the high volume scanning needs of a variety of markets including AEC, CAD and GIS.

The patented SingleSensor digital imaging technology includes a single array of CIS sensors, pre-aligned and housed in a robust structure. The SingleSensor provides a higher optical quality, larger color gamut and improved match between sensors, in addition to lower power consumption. The SmartLF SC’s are the first large format scanners to utilize the new SuperSpeed USB3.0 interface, providing data transfer speeds up to 5GB per second – 10 times faster than the USB2 interface.
The new compact SmartLF SC 25 large format scanner is 25 inches wide and a perfect solution for scanning wide format technical imaging and color graphics documents up to Arch D, ANSI D, ISO A1 or B2. Using the optional document return guide, it allows you to feed and retrieve documents from the front, making the reduced footprint of the solution ideal for small offices. The starting retail price for the SmartLF SC 25 is $3,350 and includes a 1-year return to depot warranty.
The SmartLF SC 36 large format scanner is 36 inches wide and handles documents up to ARCH E, ANSI E, ISO A0 or B1. It incorporates the same innovative design features as the other SC models, including a new scanner display which shows the actual document width before scanning. The starting retail price for the SmartLF SC 36 is $4,995 and includes a 1-year onsite warranty.
Both the SmartLF SC 25 and SC 36 models can be integrated into FLEX MFP system, including an adjustable single-footprint stand, document return guide and SmartLF EZ Touch PLUS software. Add a large format printer (choose from a number of popular models) for a complete, all-in-one, scan-print-copy system. The SmartLF SC 25 and SC 36 series are available in three models, monochrome (SC 25/36m), color (SC 25/36c) and express color (SC 25/36e).
The “m” and “c” models are field-upgradeable.
