Satyyam Computer is a Bhiwani (Haryana) based dealer of imaging products as well as IT products. Led by its Proprietor, Puneet Sharmaa, Satyyam’s product portfolio includes laptops, PCs, HDDs, keyboards & mice (Rapoo, Zebronics), motherboards (ASUS, Gigabyte), printers, UPSs, networking products, cartridges, etc; Syska (LED light, spy eye CCTV);  and HDD (WD, Toshiba). Satyaam also undertakes repairs and cartridge refilling.  Sharmaa comments, “Our average annual growth rate is around 10%. In imaging line, we deal with OEM and also compatible cartridges, toners, inks. We offer good quality products, maintain transparent policies and work with clients based on trust and long-term relationships. We also do ink cartridge refilling and refill nearly 250 ink cartridges a month. We want to develop our business further.” GST is a hot topic today that is affecting all the businesses.  In this regard Sharmaa reveals, “The recent GST laws seems good in concept, but there are a lot of issues as the present law lacks clarity of definition for different products & services. In some cases, there are different tax slabs for different products—machines, peripherals and parts, which is causing lots of confusions while defining as well as while taxing, besides making some products unusually costly. GST needs to create a tax structure as uniform as possible and as reasonable as possible. Then only it will benefit the business community and the consumers.”
