Static Control has translated its 2012 Product Catalog into Chinese and has made it available on its website for the Chinese market (www.scc-inc.cn). The catalog is also available to customers as a CD.
In addition to the product catalog, Static Control plans to offer more information on its Chinese website, including new product announcements, news and industry events. “China and Southeast Asia are hugely important markets, and we are committed to helping them grow and develop,” said Ed Swartz, founder and CEO of Static Control.
“Our customers tell us they need to be at the forefront of technology to succeed, and our website in China is critical to serving those needs.” In 2010, Static Control opened a new 20,000-square foot distribution facility in Zhuhai, China, to supply components to its growing market of domestic Chinese remanufacturers.
Zhuhai is in southeast China’s Guangdong province, the heart of the country’s laser and ink jet printer cartridge remanufacturing industry. Static Control also has a sales office and distribution facility in Hong Kong, which serves the rest of Southeast Asia.
