Static Control’s 2015 seminar programme continues to flourish as it travels Europe in support of the genuine remanufacturing industry. The largest manufacturer of aftermarket imaging systems and components has followed up this year’s successful start in Albania with two more well-attended events in Germany and Georgia during March.
Each seminar held by Static Control is tailored to meet the individual needs of the region. One highlight of the Berlin seminar held on March 11 was the commercial presentation and technical demonstration of the Lexmark CS/CX printer series, which features a simple to remanufacture cartridge and presents an excellent business opportunity.
ColorControl Replacement Imaging Systems were also discussed, and the session helped raise the importance of utilising the systems’ quality and consistency standards to target OEM customers. Miguel Neureiter, Static Control’s General Manager for the DACH region, said: “The feedback we received on this event was wholly positive and stressed that there is demand for more of these events in future. It was also gratifying to hear how happy our customers have been with our service since we opened our Frankfurt premises nearly two years ago.”The city of Tbilisi, Georgia played host to the company’s next event on March 21, which was held in conjunction with its authorised reseller Proxima. Topics included details on the products available for many of the most popular engines in Georgia as well as technical demonstrations, and updated information on how the OEMs are reacting to the clone problem around the world.
David Ratiani, Proxima’s founder and director, said: “Thanks to Static Control’s and Proxima’s joint efforts, we are committed to taking the imaging industry to the next level in Georgia. This conference is a real breakthrough in providing all the market players with the most up-to-date information and profitable opportunities.”The director of remanufacturing company Inco, LashaKukhalashvili, described the seminar as “eye opening” to many of his customers who were also in attendance. He added that while Inco has for years explained the advantages and the technology involved when remanufacturing with Static Control products, it was “a different matter” receiving this information directly from the supplier. He also noted the increased customer confidence in their cartridges now that customers have witnessed the backing of Static Control first-hand.
