Sumanglam and Static Control Reach Understanding

Sumanglam International and Static Control mutually agreed to settle the issue and close their long pending litigation. Under the latest agreement, Sumanglam will use SI Odyssey as brand name for their products in India and Static Control will use S Odyssey in the Indian market. This understating will end the litigation that has been hanging in the courts for 7 years.

Commenting on their understanding with Static Control, Sharad Midha concluded, “Our understanding with Static Control will put an end to the 7 year old litigation that has been going on. This will help us both to operate under slightly different brand names in India.”
