Superior Business Equipment Acquired by Kelley Imaging

Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. announced that it advised Patty Byrne, president of Superior Business Equipment, in the sale of the business to Kelley Imaging Systems, Inc. Superior Business Equipment (SBE) was founded in 1979 by Ted Schultz and the Harris VF Ranch, (Philip and Arlene Harris, Keith and Gayle Harris).

The business was acquired by long standing employee, Patty Byrne and her husband Rick in August 2010. Patty’s vision has been dedicated to increased high levels of customer satisfaction and support services. SBE operates with one common goal and that is to satisfy the customer. No sale is ever finished. SBE wants to grow the relationships they established when customers purchased technology.
