The M2020 printer and the multifunction M2070 version are both based on the same 21-ppm print engine. These are presently Samsung’s smallest and lowest cost monochrome printers. These basic engines feature wireless printing, but not much else. The M2070 MFP includes copying, scanning and fax capabilities. No other options are available.
Prices are as affordable as USD$99.00 for the M2020, and USD$109.00 for the M2070, and they use the MLT-D111S toner cartridge rated at 1,000 pages. These printers are very inexpensive, however the toner cartridge cost is approximately USD$65.00 and cost per page would be about $0.065/page, which makes this cartridge an easy target for remanufacturers.
