In January 2025, Ricoh released the latest firmware for the Ricoh IM C2510 series copiers. As a result, the following prompts appeared:
- [Independent-supplier print cartridge is set.], and [Undetectable] (see Figure 1)
- [Independent-supplier print cartridge is set.] (see Figure 2)
- [?] for the K, C, M, and Y toners (see Figure 3)

Zhono was the first to solve the firmware upgrade issue, and normal chip supply has been restored.
This upgrade applies to the Ricoh models including Ricoh IM C2510/C2010/C3510/C3010/C6010/C5510/C4510. Please contact your sales representative to discuss the replacement of the upgraded compatible chips.
