COMPLETE SOLUTIONS is a Delhi-based importer and provider of imaging supplies. Started off in 2000, the company is owned and run by Sushil Sharma who has immense experience and expertise in the field of trading and marketing and the company is also strongly backed by Manish Sharma with 10 years industry experience–who handles all technical and quality aspects of their products.
In an interaction with NCN, Sushil Sharma reveals his company’s strategy and plans. Sushil Sharma states, “We started in 2000 providing laser printer parts and plotter plots. Today, we provide both compatible and OEM parts. At present we are not providing toners and inks. Most of our business comes from outside Delhi. Delhi contributes only 5% and the rest of the revenues come from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Gujarat, Maharashtra and UP. The brands we deal include HP, Canon, Samsung and Brother, among others.”
Recently Complete Solutions launched their online initiative www.partsbaba.com. In this regard, Sushil Sharma briefs, “We launched this online parts warehouse to offer a wide range of parts for IT service industry. This is unique and first-of-its-kind online warehouse for the customers to find different parts of different brands under one roof and be accessible online to service centers, AMC companies, corporate in-house service centers. Through this initiative, we plan to increase the share of online business in the overall revenues of our company. This is meant to supplement our offline initiatives.
We plan to offer spares, OEM and compatible, for all brands of laser printers, plotters and laptop under one roof.” About future plans, Shushil Sharma states, “Nowadays, there is a lot of ewaste and pilferation from the service centers of all brands which is polluting the environment. We have plans to go into recycling and refurbishing in a big way in the coming years, so that we can play our role positively in reducing the ewaste and protecting the environment. From now onwards, we want to focus more on our online sales, besides focusing enough on offline channel. We also have plans to expand into the Eastern India market in the future.”
