Contex announces its success at the recent ESRI User Conference in July. At the event, ESRI users from the GIS and government sectors met with Contex scanning experts to learn how to unlock the data in their hard copy maps and documents. Contex demonstrated the newly released SD One MF and the IQ Quattro 3600 wide format scanners, which vectorize and separate layers in hard copy maps for use with applications like ESRI ArcGIS.
“The ESRI user conference was an excellent event to showcase the new Contex wide format scanners,” comments Steve Blanken, General Manager, Contex Americas. “Attendees were able to see first hand how to capture the details from hard copy documents and use the data for mapping and analytics.”
Contex’s new wide format scanners save users valuable time from recreating maps and documents. At the conference, attendees learned about the SD One MF, Contex’s most portable and flexible wide format scanner with wireless cloud connectivity, a market exclusive. Attendees also saw demonstrations of the powerhouse IQ Quattro 3600, a wide format scanner designed for precision and productivity. The IQ Quattro 3600 is the fastest in color than any other wide format scanner.
