ECi Software Solutions announced the worldwide availability of Central v4.0 user interface (UI) for its market-leading FMAudit managed print services solution. The new version will kick-off a number of projects intended to help the dealer community capitalize on the rapidly growing managed print services (MPS) market.
The MPS market is estimated to exceed $25 billion worldwide in 2015.“FMAudit continues to grow at a phenomenal rate,” said Kevin Tetu, ECi FMAudit’s President. “Our team is adding roughly 95,000 devices each month. We grew 90% during 2013 and 2014 and are actively monitoring well over 5.6 million devices worldwide. It is important for us to design and build a user interface to provide our dealers the tools needed to grow in the highly competitive MPS market and successfully transition into managed services.”
Along with operational changes, Central v4.0 users will be presented with a modern dashboard containing actionable widgets, the ability to create toner alerts based on days remaining, multiple account creation using the same contact, schedulable customized views such as reports and templates, increased browser support, and improved permission management. Central v4.0 also boasts integration with partners ROI Print Manager user data and workflow management software and Office Document Consulting (ODC) floor plan mapping software, with both providing visibility into their technology solutions from within Central.
Another highlight of the new functionality is the ability to launch the WebAudit remote collection application in multiple browsers, directly within the UI, requiring no software download.“We have appreciated the new look and feel of v4.0,” said Emily Lopez, Contract Administrator with Lasers Resource. “The user interface and ease of navigation has improved our users’ experience with the software. The dashboard and widgets provide a wonderful overview of account information all in one location. The support of the FMAudit team has been amazing! Overall, our team has embraced the new version and we look forward to continuing to learn all the new features!”
