Mr. Jagdish Isasaria comments, “We sell both in our brand name Globe and also in bulk, unbranded. We have customers pan India whom we reach directly or through our nationwide network of multiples of dealers. There was a dip in sales during lockdown periods, but now we recovered to pre-lockdown levels; overall lockdown did not have much negative impact on our business. Our average annual growth rate is about 20-25%. We obtain toners both from the Indian manufacturers (about 70%) and from reputed providers abroad (about 30%). When it comes to imports, we get mostly from China and Japan. We provide top-quality products at affordable prices and maintain relationships based on trust and transparency. In 2022, we want to add printer spares to our product portfolio and expand our business further.”
