Today’s Young Gen Entrepreneurs Have their
Own Plans and Vision for their Companies

In this month’s issue, we are covering how the India’s young generation leaders in the
imaging industry, who will be the future heirs of the companies and brands owned by their
elders, want to run their businesses at present in the future. We have taken the opinions,
aspirations and objectives of some of the prominent young leaders who have joined
the companies founded by their elders and started learning things and then gradually
taking over responsibilities and have published them as the cover story. Most of these
young leaders are in the age group of 25 years to 40 years. As the young generation starts
learning from their elders and mentors, the young gen also have their independent ideas
and plans to take their businesses to the next level.
Coming to the imaging industry market situation, most of the partners and brands feel
that market is down and margins are shrinking. Only the top established brands driven by
their strongly built image in the market are doing well; the rest feel it is very hard to do
business. We hope in the second half of 2023, the market will become buoyant and there
will be growth.
