Itone Files Case against those Copying their Trademark and Label

Recently, Itone, a leading Mumbai-based provider of LaserJet printer consumables, approached the Honorable High Courts against those copying their trademark and labels. In response to that, raids were conducted across Mumbai and Kolkata imaging markets, the counterfeit goods using Itone trade market were seized and several counterfeit traders were booked and each of the defendants were slapped with a fine of Rs. 5 lacs as penalty as directed by the Honorable Courts.

Itone sincerely appeals to all the partners as well as customers not to fall prey to the counterfeiters and report to the Itone office as soon as they suspect counterfeits being sold by resellers.
