Japanio is a provider of Inkjet ink, laser toner powder, inkjet refilling machine, laser toner components, laser cartridge, CISS system, printer cartridge parts, OPC toner drum, heat press machine, dye sublimation ink, fuser film & roller, inkjet cartridges, Samsung toners, HP toners, cleaning solutions for cartridges, etc.

They sell all the consumables including compatibles under their brand name Japanio. Arihant Jain, MD of Japanio, shares, “We believe in providing quality products and timely delivery. Our prices are competitive. Our business is equally spread across India—south, west, north and east. We have partners in Guwahati and Agartala as well.”Japanio has 2 branches, 1 in Delhi and 1 in Raipur, with a total staff of around 15. They plan to open one more branch in Nehru Place in the 3rd Quarter.
All their branches handle sales, refilling and servicing. They have over 250 dealers. Japanio also exports to overseas including Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and South Africa. Exports constitute nearly 10% their total sales. Arihant details, “We also do recycling for all major brands. We remanufacture nearly 10000 cartridges a year. Right now we are growing at 30% per year. Nowadays competition is too much and overall market is stagnant. As a result prices and margins are coming down particularly during last 2 yrs. This is putting lot of pressure on us. For future, we want to expand our product line but nothing has been finalized yet.”
