Kodak Alaris announced that Dolores Kruchten, President of Kodak Alaris’ Document Imaging business, has been named to the 2014 CRN Women of the Channel list. The annual list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution, and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are making on the advancement of the IT channel industry as a whole.
Kodak Alaris, which spun off from Eastman Kodak Company as part of Kodak’s emergence from Chapter 11 last year, is a completely independent $1.3 billion dollar start-up company. Kruchten leveraged her decades of managerial and leadership experience to execute the sale process, engaging with potential buyers and ensuring that current operations continued without disruption. At the same time, she continued to provide customers with the superior products and services they expect.
Kruchten continues to oversee the Document Imaging business at Kodak Alaris—a new entity with a long-term view, a strong customer profile and profitable products and solutions (www.kodakalaris.com/go/dinews). She has established an inclusive and transparent culture within Kodak Alaris that allows her employees to learn and grow. In addition, Dolores has strong relationships with customers and a keen understanding of the markets in which Kodak Alaris competes, enabling her to influence product development, manufacturing, and service.
“Female executives have risen in the ranks of their organizations and are leaving their indelible mark on the technology channel. We celebrate their many contributions and the varied ways in which they help solution providers grow and thrive every day,” said Robert Faletra, CEO, The Channel Company. “We congratulate the Women of the Channel, and look forward to their continued success.”
“Dolores has a passion for this company and this industry that are unmatched,” said Ralf Gerbershagen, CEO of Kodak Alaris. “She has a unique ability to understand the nuances of her market and deliver solutions that meet the complex needs of customers. This recognition is well deserved, and speaks to the many years of dedication she has shown to her channel partners.”
