Could you share your insights on your company’s current achievements?
We are doing quite well and experiencing growth. The challenge in OPC drum manufacturing remains significant, but we are performing excellently in this field. One of our major expansions is in China, where our branch is located in Zhuhai. There, we have set up a wind and warehouse, a sales shop, and a service center to ensure that we meet customer demands with timely deliveries and customized services.
Can you share your strategy for expanding into the Indian market?
India is a rapidly growing market, and we believe there is significant potential for KR OPC to expand there. As a Korean manufacturer known for high-quality, premium products, we are planning to introduce our premium offerings to India. We are preparing our marketing policies and strategies for a successful entry, which includes direct customer service and support. We are confident that we will be competitive in the Indian market and will ensure the timely delivery of our products.
How do you intend to compete in India’s competitive market, especially with growing premium copier brands?
The competition is fierce, but we see it as an opportunity. The demand for high-quality, premium copier machines is growing, and this is where we excel. While major OEMs like Canon and Konica Minolta dominate with their high-speed, color machines, we believe that our superior quality and 25 years of coating solution experience will set us apart. We offer competitive OEM packaging and a guarantee that our products meet the highest standards. By focusing on quality and customer satisfaction, we are confident that we can make a strong impact.
What are the key factors that will determine KR OPC’s success in India?
The key to success in India will be our ability to deliver premium quality products and strong after-sales service. We are committed to ensuring that we take care of our Indian customers directly.
