Prosource announced the acquisition of Aaron’s Business Solutions, a Huntington and Charleston, West Virginia based company which provides state-of-the-art office technology and services to businesses. For the past several years, Prosource has been accelerating growth through a strategy focused on intense customer focus, geographic expansion, and transformation of their solution portfolio into a full service office technology partner for companies across the Midwest.
Prosource acquired Infitech in 2013, which added IT products and services to their office technology portfolio. In 2014, Prosource expanded their geographic footprint by opening full service offices in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky. Prosource acquired West Chester, OH based Alternative Computer Technology (ACT) and Greendale, IN based hITech earlier this year, complimenting their well-established technology portfolio.
The latest acquisition of Aaron’s Business Solutions brings the company head count to 250 employees across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. “This is a strategic acquisition and it aligns well with our plans and vision for the future”, says Brad Cates, Prosource President and CEO. “While our growth is exciting, our top priority is to make sure we’re delivering the absolute best experience for our customers every day.
