Static Control released eight new products covering more than 20 applications for OEMs, including HP, Brother and Samsung among others. Highlights of this release include a toner solution for use in Brother HL-1110 cartridges and an Odyssey universal toner for use in HP 4000 and related cartridges that overcome filming and image density issues.

Static Control’s engineers specifically designed the replacement toner for use in Brother HL-1110 cartridges to not damage the fuser, an issue seen in other aftermarket offerings. After several months of research and development, this dedicated toner reached Static Control’s high quality standards by offering high image density and low backgrounding with no fuser build-up or ghosting.
The new Odyssey universal toner for use in HP LaserJet 2100, 2300, 4000 and 4100 and related printers offer dark densities and overcome previous filming issues. Using this toner with the newly released replacement doctor blade (Product Code: 4KDBLADE-10) ensures densities will be maintained throughout the life of the cartridge. The doctor blade issilicone, which prevents toner from sticking, eliminates premature wear to the mag roller.
Other products released include replacement doctor blades for both Samsung MLT-D103 and MLT-D104 toner cartridges, a replacement tape seal for multiple Okidata toner cartridges and replacement chips for Okidata B420/430, MB460/470/480 cartridges and Samsung CLT-x659 toner cartridges.
