Founded in 1990 in Lucknow and led by its Proprietor, Mr. Narsingh, Ambay Xerox House started with repairing PC boards of copier machines of all the leading brands including Xerox, Canon, Sharp, Kyocera, HP and Ricoh brands. Later they expanded their business to provide copier toner powders, drums, chips, copier machine parts, etc—both OEM and compatible. They also provide RC copier machines and do copier repairing services. Mr. Narsingh comments, “We provide all the necessary consumables for monochrome copier machines. We also provide RC copier machines in the best condition to customers. We obtain high-quality consumables from reputed importers in India. We don’t compromise on quality and that helps us to maintain good reputation in the market and the customers come to us again. Most of our customers come from Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Sitapur, Lakimpur and surrounding towns. We do business based on transparency, trust and long-term relationships. Due to lockdowns, most of the schools, colleges and offices are not working full-time so the demand is down for RC copiers as well as consumables. When it comes to color, we provide toners only for Ricoh color copiers. Before lockdown we used to sell nearly 25 RC copiers a month, but now we sell only 5-7 machines a month. We hope situation will improve in the next few months. Once the market becomes normal, we want to expand our business.”
