V.V.Printland Services Evolving into a Leading Make in India Manufacturer of Printer Spares

V.V. Printland, founded in 1997, is a Mumbai-based Make in India manufacturer and service provider of Dot Matrix, Inkjet, and Laserjet printer and cartridge spares. Led by its Proprietor, Mr. Ganesh V. Whaval, a qualified Electro-Mechanical Engineer, the company also provides printer repair services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), toner cartridge refilling and training, Dot Matrix & Inkjet printhead refurbishing, etc. The company is also a dealer for the brand new printers of HP, Epson, TVSE, Samsung, Canon, Xerox, Wipro, etc. V.V. Printland manufactures a wide range of Dot Matrix Inkjet and Laserjet printer spares Specially Encoder strips – Disc decoder, Encoder Strip – Discs for inkjet printers and plotters for all the leading brands such as HP, Epson, Brother, etc at their manufacturing plant in Mumbai.

Mr. Ganesh V. Whaval shares, “We started our own manufacturing in 2005 and today we are an ISO9001-2008 certified company. We are manufacturing cartridge and printer spares of international

quality for a wide variety of printer machines and their models. We use the best quality raw materials and follow stringent quality control measures before releasing the products. Further, we have the facilities to customize the product specs and quantities according to the requirement of the particular customers. Earlier people used to totally depend on imports from China but now we are manufacturing superior quality products in India itself at affordable prices and we are also giving decent credit to the buyers, so they are coming to us increasingly for spares. Today, we have customers all across Pan India. In spite of Covid-19 and lockdowns, we registered a 20% growth rate in FY2020-21, but otherwise, our annual growth rate has been 25-30% and we are sure that we will do better in the future. Our aim is to manufacture more Made in India products so that customers in India need not depend on imports from China. We want to become a leading Make in India player for Printer parts. We are also getting Print Head refurbishing orders from customers in Dubai and Germany which we fulfill efficiently and return them. Once the pandemic settles down, we will improve and expand our manufacturing facilities further. In the future, we aim to be one of leading providers of cartridge and printer parts in India.”
