In a discussion with Imaging Solution magazine, Hashmukh Patel says, “We have our own manufacturing plant in Andheri (Mumbai) where we manufacture laser printer and copier parts like gears, trays and Xerox compatible spares like gears, rollers, cover, pick-up rubber, etc. Coming to other imaging consumables, color segment (laser toners and inks) is our main focus. Color inks are selling better than color laser toners. We sell all our products under our best ton brand. Besides our own brand, we also sell our products in bulk unbranded.”

Mr. Hashmukh Patel shares, “We have experienced and qualified technicians working in our manufacturing plant and we use advanced machines for manufacturing. Our first focus is on printer parts followed by copier parts. We have over a decade of experience in manufacturing these machine parts, so we know well how to provide the right quality for the users according to their requirements. Next, our products are cheaper compared to OEMs and quality is higher than the products available in the market. We did not seek any benefits from the government under the Make in India program, because it involves a lot of formalities. However, we have been manufacturing since 2008, and we have sufficient resources of our own and we do not require any extra support from the government. We also import over 200 products such as fuser roller, fuser film, drum unit, toner cartridges, etc from reputed manufacturers in China. Our business was down due to lockdown during April-June 2021, but now it has started picking up. Our customers come from all over India. We grow at an annual rate of 25% and we aim at maintaining that growth rate. Our main merits are as soon as new models come, we immediately manufacture parts for those models; in other words, we are always future-ready. We offer good quality and service supported by affordable price.”
