Founded in 2001 and led by its Proprietor, Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, the Delhi-based VD International is into printers and copiers rentals and outright sales, with rental as their main business. VD International is an authorized partner of the leading brands such as Konica Minolta, Riso, HP and Kyocera for their printers and copiers and their consumables. VD International is also a leading service provider for these machines.
Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma shares, “Our main business operations involve rentals and then sales of printers and copiers. We install relatively new machines which are in good condition for rentals too. We install around 250 A3 copiers each month mostly in govt. offices, corporate, educational institutions and for jobbers. In SMEs, we install mostly printers – inkjet and laser. Most of our customers come from the Delhi-NCR region. We deal directly with the end customers, not through partners. We provide excellent service to the machines we provide; we do not believe in just box selling. Once customers associate with us, they continue their relationship for years together. Our main USP is that we provide top class color copiers backed by excellent service support. We maintain long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
