Creative Copiers Forays into North-East India Tying Up with New Partners

Creative Copiers, founded in 2002 in Darya Ganj (New Delhi) is a prominent provider of brand new copiers (of Kyocera) and reconditioned (RC) copiers (of Canon, Xerox, and Konica Minolta), copier parts & consumables, copier repair, and rental services. Since 2012, Creative Copiers has been the leading Premium Business Partner for Kyocera brand new MFD copier machines for India. Mr. Risshee Golcha of Creative Copiers comments, “In early 2022, we tied up with some partners in North-East India and started our operations there on a moderate scale which we want to gradually improve in the coming years. Overall, we have about 100 partners across India, though mostly concentrated in North India. About the trends in the market, there is a shortage of chips and semiconductors which is severely hampering the production and supply of copiers from abroad. Next, the drop in the value of INR vs dollar has pushed up the prices of all the imported products. These two factors, shortage in supplies and increase in prices, are adversely affecting our business. This situation is expected to last another year. In FY2021-22, the growth rate was good, but in this FY2022-23 our business growth could reach double digits. We are looking forward to the addition of new products in the coming years. We have been dealing in RC copier machines of all the leading brands, in addition to providing the brand new copiers and consumables of Kyocera. We import compatible toners from China & Taiwan and copier parts from Japan. Our main selling points are providing the best after-sales service, fair prices, good margins for the partners, and transparent dealings with vendors, partners, and customers. We import RC machines of Canon, Xerox, and Konica brands from the USA and Europe. Under our CRT brand name, our compatible copier consumables are also selling well, both mono and color. Our relationship with Kyocera has been very cordial, positive, and mutually beneficial. The management of Kyocera has been quite cooperative, supportive, and business-friendly. In the future, we want to enter the projectors and professional scanners segment, and other business opportunities which are growing fast.”
